Physical examination verification
Students who enter the country with X1 visa must have a physical examination. New students who have had a physical examination abroad must submit the overseas physical examination record (original) in Chinese or English, and take a ID photo to the Sichuan International Travel Health Care Center for verification. For those who pass the verification, the Sichuan International Travel Health Care Center will issue the "Certificate of Verification for Physical Examination Records for Foreigners or Overseas Chinese".
If you have not had a physical examination abroad, or the original physical examination report does not meet the requirements, you must take a supplementary examination or a new physical examination. After passing the examination, Sichuan International Travel Health Care Center will issue a "Certificate of Verification for Physical Examination Records for Foreigners or Overseas Chinese".

1. 3 passport photos （2-inch White background）
2. Original passport or PSB receipt
3. 500 to 600 RMB (the fees may change. You can pay via Alipay or Wechat)
4. Admission letter (May need, e-copy is ok)

1. Due to the requirements of medical examination, please go on an empty stomach. Please don’t take any food, even drinking water.
2. An appointment is needed on Wechat account in advance. Please scan the QR code and then click "Business handling(业务办理)"at the bottom left and select "Entry-exit medical examination (出入境体检)"
