On September 4th, Wang Binyu, Xiao Hongchao, dean assistants of theCollegeof International Education, and all staff from the Student Affairs’ Office visited the Qingyang Exit and Entry Administration of Chengdu PSB and had a meeting.

In August of this year, Qingyang Exit and Entry Administration moved to the Chengdu Human Resources Service Industrial Park, which is justacross the street from SWUFE Guanghua Campus. This shortens the distance from the school and PSB, greatly facilitating the management and services of international students. Taking this opportunity of the visit, the College of International Education also sent a pennant to Qingyang Exit and Entry Administration and express gratitude for their support and help in the work.

During the visit, the teachers from the College of International Education visited the brand-new hall and various convenience facilities. In the discussion, on behalf of Qingyang Exit and Entry Administration, Director Li Xing, highly acknowledged SWUFE’s management and services of international students in recent years. Both sides conducted in-depth exchanges on various issues such as international student visas, accommodation, and internships.

For a long time, the College of International Education of SWUFE has closely cooperated with higher-level authorities such as Chengdu Exit-Entry Administration and its sub-branches. We invited police officers to participate in various activities such as the opening ceremony, legal lectures, and dormitory inspections. It has achieved remarkable results in the management of international students and formed a good situation of joint construction between school and police.
