On April 23, the "National Reading" activity organized by Wenjiang Jinma Street Government and related departments, was held in Yongquan Community activity square.

Representatives of SWUFE international students who come from Pakistan and Kazakhstan attended the opening ceremony. After the ceremony, our international students visited the Chinese students in Jinma School, sharing the beauty and attractiveness of English poems with them. As part of the activity, our international students introduced the local customs of their country and communicated with the Chinese students. There was a lot of applause and laughter. The Chinese students felt the warmth and friendliness of the international students and expressed that they had learned a lot in this special class.

In the afternoon, our international students went to Jinquan Community to participate in a reading activity. They shared and learned the poem excerpts with the community residents and undergraduate students of Chengdu Agricultural College. Besides, they discussed food and city attractions in a relaxed atmosphere.

The activity jointly carried out by SWUFE and Jinma Street Government enriched the extracurricular life of international students and their cultural exchange experiences, and it also enhanced the international integration and cultural openness of the local community.
